The shop is laid out very well, staff on hand to sort out any queries I had. I really can't praise them enough. I am a lady of the older generation and was up dating my bathroom to make it more modern and useable for my husband with dementia and with only a picture in my head. With their help, I now have the most beautiful useable bathroom. It didn't matter how many times I went back, they still greeted me with a smile and a laugh.A real pleasure doing business with them.

I cannot recommend these people highly enough - I turned up with a peculiar shaped pipe made of lots of little bits and pieces - they fashioned a new, much more sensible pipe and it fitted when I got home - and no leaks!! Thank you

Well I must say that the staff are so helpful. Tony went above and beyond his job to help me find a tap valve for my shower. We had a dripping shower head he advised me on what I should do to adapt the one he found as it was slightly different. We now have no drips and works like new big thanks guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
