Have been to these guys quite a few times over the last 4 years. They're all really helpful and friendly and give good advice. The prices are really competitive too.
Recommended by our builder during our extension a couple of years ago. We popped in on Saturday to buy everything for a bathroom makeover and they went through everything in great detail ensuring we had everything that was needed (basically, all the things we had not thought of). The team in Hanworth are excellent. I can't rate B&P highly enough.
The guys in the store couldn’t have been more helpful especially as I wasn’t entirely sure what I needed to replace a part under my sink.They made good suggestions, showed me how to use the mcalpine kit which did the job.
I'm not trade but was impressed by the staff as made to feel welcome. Went to the store in Hanworth having been badly let down with on line purchase for a verticle radiator. Great very helpful advice. Prompt arrival of purchase. We plan to replace a few more radiators will just return to this store. Easy to find and good parking.
Woke up to a toilet that wouldn't stop flowing and needed to replace flush valve etc I'd already got one part from Tool Shed but the more tricky one was the flush valve as I was trying to replace like with like. I called ahead to esultablish if they had stock, had a friendly, helpful chat and went straight over. They knew their stock, gave me a cpl of options showed me what to do. I cam home and it all went perfectly well! No plumber charge... I am so happy and thankful for the extra friendly help I received. Thank you

Amazing staff! These guys came to our rescue when we were let down by another company. We got a bathroom and WC kitted out through them. Fantastic service with great communication. We had a few issues with the sinks we got (not their fault) and they couldn't have been more patient and attentive with getting it right. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
