Bathroom & Plumbing Superstore Ltd Terms & Condition on which we supply goods as listed in suppliers’ brochures and on our website bathroomandplumbing.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any goods from our stores. You accept that by ordering any of our goods, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Ordering
A minimum of 50% deposit must be taken before any goods are ordered. All goods MUST be paid in full before any items can be delivered or collected in branch. If goods are collected in branch proof of purchase must be present, if goods are being collected on your behalf you must give the receipt to the persons collecting.
Delivery
Delivery dates and lead times are given in good faith and may be subject to change. A standard LOCAL delivery charge is £30, this can rise depending on your location to the branch. All standard deliveries are a kerbside drop, an able person must be present to sign for the delivery, help the driver if it’s required and be able to move the goods to a safe place. Any access issues regarding your property must be reported in branch before delivery is made. All deliveries must be signed for, it’s the customers responsibility to check all items, any missing or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours. Bathroom and Plumbing Superstore will of course investigate any issue, but will take no responsibility of issues outside of this time period.
Products
Throughout our brochures and website, every effort has been made to ensure all measurements and information is as accurate as can be, however measurements should only be used as a guide and final checks should be made before installation. We reserve the right to amend details, prices and specifications without notice. Colour match is as exact as the manufacturing process and materials allow and must be checked before installation. Woods are natural materials and therefore will have grain and colour difference. Tiles, ceramic and acrylics have different light characteristics and will appear slightly different in certain lighting conditions to others.
Returns
All STOCKED items can be returned to branch within 28 days, these must be in original undamaged packaging, in a resalable condition and with proof of purchase. All SPECIAL products that have to be ordered in can be returned within 28 days of purchase, these also need to be in original undamaged packaging, resalable condition and with proof of purchase. These items can incur up to a 25% restocking charge as they’re products we don’t hold in stock. Any restocking charges are applied from our suppliers to collect the products, every effort’s made by Bathroom & Plumbing Superstore to avoid this. All BESPOKE products must be paid for in full before any items are ordered and are non-refundable. All electric products ( electric showers, pumps etc) that are faulty must remain in situ, please contact the branch who in turn will contact the manufacturer. Any faulty electrical items returned will not be credited unless we’ve had authorisation from the manufacturer. Toilet pan connectors CANNOT be returned due to the nature of the product even if it’s in original packaging.
