Gem of a shop for heating engineers - open 7 days a week, fully stocked on boilers etc - my go-to place for those weekend emergency jobs.
We have ordered two bathroom suites through BPS and I have to say it's been an absolute pleasure. The showroom is great for seeing the suites set out and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Fantastic prices, but what I value more than that was the time and care that Darren took to review our order and to point out missing items (e.g. waste trap etc.). Just overall a great experience both times - thanks BPS and Darren in particular!
There are some very good selection of tiles and hexagonal tiles but are expensive. The staff are only there to take your oder and would not bother to ask if one needs help unless you ask.Thumbs up if you like the information provided.
I needed a cartridge for my shower, I visited lots of local stores near Croydon including some big names where staff couldn't give a monkey and that's if you can find them, luckily I went to the B&P superstore and staff were so happy to help eventhough they didn't have what I was looking for, but found alternative options which solved my problem for couple of quids, a big thank you to your staff especially Darren really appreciated your effort in helping me above and beyond you're a credit to the company, thanks to Lee the plumber who also helped me, great team.
Recently phoned this store to get a thermostatic valve for my shower. They identified the part and phoned the manufacturer to see what availability was like. They phoned me back with price and that it would be in the following day or the following Monday. I ordered the part and was phoned the next day to say that it had arrived. Picked it up that day and was immediately available for collection.The service was perfect and I was always phoned back to keep me informed. The service was outstanding.
